In version 11, new tools are available for correcting data flaws, importing multiple plan structures in a single import, viewing detailed census data, generating summary reports for the workforce, job group and placement goals and even compiling the entire narrative and numerical reports into a single Adobe .PDF file.

The software has a shared access database with the ability to have multiple simultaneous users in the system from a central or remote location. The security options allow for a system administrator to set up read or write access for users and/or allow access to one or all AAPs.
