Biddle Consulting Group, Inc. (BCG), formerly known as Biddle & Associates, Inc., was founded in 1974
by Richard Biddle. Biddle, a major contributor to the development of the California Fair Employment
Practices Guidelines, is known to be an early adopter of using statistics in Equal Employment
Opportunity (EEO) litigation.
In the 1970s, the company was the first to develop affirmative action plan
(AAP) software (i.e., Biddle & Associates, Inc., Module C), and they
continue to be a pioneer in the industry with AutoAAP® 11.0.
